What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Is Early Check-in or Late Check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. During the high season, availability is limited. If your room is not ready or you need to store your luggage after check-out, you may leave it at Pagotomania, the pastry shop located directly below the property, owned by the same owner.
Is parking available at the property?
The property does not offer private parking. A public parking area is available about a 2-minute walk away. If no spaces are available there, street parking can usually be found within a 5-10 minute walk, depending on the season.
How far is the beach?
Faliraki Beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property.
Are there restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby?
Yes. The property is located in the heart of Faliraki, within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops.
How does check-in work? Is it contactless?
Yes. Check-in is fully contactless. Before your arrival, you will receive all the necessary access instructions. Our team is always available by phone and messages to provide fast assistance.
Is the room cleaned during the stay?
Yes. Housekeeping is provided on an alternating schedule: one day a full cleaning is carried out, and the following day a light housekeeping service is provided.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. The property has an elevator.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted in any room or indoor area of the property.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
How can I get to the property from the airport or the port?
The easiest way is by taxi or rental car. We do not recommend using public buses, as reaching the property usually requires changing two bus routes.
Do you offer airport transfers?
No. The property does not provide airport transfer services.

Are there any additional charges (Climate Resilience Tax)?
Yes. According to Greek legislation, a Climate Resilience Tax applies and is not included in the reservation price. The tax is €2.00 per room per night from April to October and €0.50 per room per night from November to March.
